Module Overview

Educating ourselves on why we act the way do is the first step in changing behaviors and habits we have. Understanding how and why we respond the way we do will give you the insight to do something different. You will learn how stress impacts the body and how we are designed to respond to stress. You will identify what you like doing and the things that you are resistant or resentful to doing. You'll end the module with a   commitment to get in action.
